I have emailed there company 3 times between then and now and have gotten no response to anything (and I can send them to you). I looked through all the episodes and found 6 missing: Received disks with makered on "Disk" and the corresponding number of disk. I perchance a full set collection of "The Johnny Cash Show" He needs to step up his game and lack of customer service. I have now started a dispute with my credit card company and hope for a positive result. I have sent many, many emails asking for the label but all I get is BS. I have a full expectation to get a product that is viewable. Again, who cares? If this was disclosed to me to begin with, I would not have purchased. He also blamed the quality on it being a hard to find show. After getting frustrated, I looked up the BBB rating and saw that several other people had the same problem and have NOT recvd the promised check for shipping back to him. Who does this? I asked repeatedly for a return label but he stood firm saying NO. Also, the audio fades in and out that it misses a lot of the dialogue.I contacted the merchant and ****** replied saying to send back and he would credit original cost but why should I have to pay to send back, especially since I paid for it to be sent to me? I asked for a return shipping label but he said no and said he would send me a check once recvd. When playing, there are continuous waves that create so much fuzziness that you just cannot watch it. The *** is of HORRIBLE qualityboth the audio and visual. I wanted the full refund AND a shipping label to send back but merchant refused to send return label.
